First: Learning about your business

When we're your tax plan and preparer, we need to understand your business. Our new client consultation includes:

  • Understanding your business, including how it’s set up

  • Understanding your business goals

  • Review previous financial documents

  • Talk about best practices and opportunities

  • Putting together a game plan

Second: Quarterly Tax Planning

We help you tax plan so that as you continue to increase your revenue, we are prepared for the tax liability and work to minimize it. We’ll work check in quarterly to track your goals and make any adjustments.

Together we’ll look at things like:

  • Do you need a tax haven as a business owner?

  • Are you maximizing your qualified contributions?

  • Are you properly taking all the deductions you are entitled to as a business owner or landlord?

We discuss tax savings strategies with you at each appointment and whenever something comes up in the meantime!

Third: Tax Preparation

At the end of the year, we'll help you file your taxes using the strategies we've discussed throughout the year. This includes ensuring all possible business deductions have been accounted for as well as discussing strategies for the future.
